Kelsey Dill, LMHC, CIMHC

I have been working as a licensed mental health counselor since 2016 with a focus on anxiety, depression, neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism Spectrum), and working with the myriad of challenges that adolescents and women go through (self harm, suicidal thoughts, friendship issues, self-esteem issues, and academic/career pressure, burnout, and healing the mother wound to name a few).

I have a heart for working with those who have big feelings, are stressy and depressy, and who feel motivated to make sustainable positive changes in their lives.

Outside of work: I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, strength training, going on dog walks, gardening, playing COD, and reading (mainly thrillers+true crime and neuro-psych books).

Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional

In 2021 I became a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and have been trained in integrating biomedical methods with both alternative and naturopathic solutions. This involves a whole body approach assessing lifestyle, nutrition, movement, screen time, sleep, and more. Our gut is considered the “second brain” and mental health can be deeply impacted by (and healed through!) nutrition and lifestyle adjustments. These recommendations may be given to support mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and more. These may include additional suggestions tailored specifically for you which may include: supplements, vitamins/minerals, specific meals/foods, routine changes, forms of movement, and new habit formation.
